Two Michelin stars in two years, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011, Bocuse de Bronze 2009, Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux, Gold medalist in the national competition of artistic cuisine 2008, Philippe Mille set a goal to awaken the essence of the Champagne and intends to promote the agreements between dishes and bubbles.



Former pastry chef at the Plaza Athénée *** Paris and winner of the World Cup Pastry 2005, Christophe Michalak is dedicated today to the development of its own brand.
